We are very proud of our products, and we want to help make things right if you're not delighted with your purchase.
If you decide you do not want a product, please contact us as quickly as possible to cancel. If it hasn't shipped, we are usually able to cancel the order straight away.
If it has shipped, and we're unable to stop the delivery, please refuse delivery. This is the easiest way for the products to get back to us.
If you change your mind once you receive your products, we can accept returns of new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us, and we will advise of the cost of the return carriage, which would be deducted from the refund.
If the return is requested because of a mistake in the delivery, such as an incorrect item dispatched, or a fault with the product, we will arrange return carriage at our own cost.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
