Free Delivery To The UK Mainland

We offer FREE delivery for garden furniture on all orders, excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands (see below for details). Please note: Unfortunately, we do not ship garden furniture to Northern Ireland

How long does Delivery Take?

All our Garden Furniture is delivered direct from warehouses in the UK. Your Garden Furniture is usually picked within 1 day and delivered within 2 - 5 working days from the date of your order

If delivery on a specific date is important to you, just let us know. We will try to ensure it arrives with you at the time you need it

Please do note that due to their weight, some products may be delivered on a pallet

Where possible we like to obtained a signature for the delivery. If this is not possible, please advise so that we can let the courier know.

Exceptions

Due to courier restrictions and pricing we CAN NOT offer a free shipping service to Scottish Islands and Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. We can offer an actual cost quote (i.e. we pass the exact cost on to you) and in some cases this is a small increase. Because of the variety of postcodes and products affected, we can't give a delivery price for Highlands and Islands at checkout, so please contact us before ordering and we'll supply a quote.

Unfortunately, we do not ship garden furniture to Northern Ireland

Garden Gifts

All of our gift products are delivered direct from our stock held in the UK. Your order is usually picked within 1 working day and delivered within 2 - 3 working days from the date of your order.

We normally use Royal Mail but may also use other couriers from time to time.

Unlike some other companies, we do not order from China and expect you to wait two or three weeks.
